Leasing Broker: Office or retail leasing broker with a minimum of one year's experience. Must be comfortable with cold calling and canvassing for business. Less experienced brokers will receive substantial training and the opportunity to work with more senior brokers. A full range of resources is available, including Costar, Procalc, Coles Reverse Directory, Sandborn Land Maps and high-speed Internet access. Generous commission splits available.
Managing Agent: Position available for managing agent of either commercial or residential rental properties with an existing book of business. Competitive compensation package available, including full range of benefits.
Accounting and Bookkeeping: No positions available at this time.
Internship: Internships are available for highly motivated students willing to commit at least 10 hours per week. Hourly compensation is available.
